керуючись підпунктом 7 частини 4 ст.З6 Закону України від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII "Про публічні закупівлі" де зазначено, що умови договору можуть змінюватись у разі зміни встановлення згідно із законодавством регульованих цін (тарифів), у зв’язку зі зміною регульованих цін (тарифів), відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 10.12.2019 року за №2679 "Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії ПрАТ "Кіровоградобленерго" та Постанови НКРЕКП від 10.12.2019р. №2668 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПрАТ "НЕК"Укренерго", уклали дану Додаткову угоду до Договору, в якій дійшли згоди про таке: 1. Ціна за одиницю товару збільшується на 0,2488 грн. без ПДВ за кВт*год (дана цифра це різниця між новими тарифами НЕК «Укренерго» та ПрАТ «Кіровоградобленерго» і діючими в грудні 2019р.: (0,1554-0,11654)+(0,88704-0,6771)).
