У звязку зі зміною ринкової ціни постачання бензину А-95, на підставі п. 3.3 розділу 3 Договору та керуючись абз.2 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовились внести зміни в договір щодо збільшення ціни товару та визначели ціну бензину А-95 в розмірі 31грн.50коп. за 1 литр у т.ч. ПДВ. При цьому зміна ціни товару не призведе до збільшення суми договору. Сторони домовились визначити суму договору в розмірі 595 726грн.50коп., у т.ч. ПДВ - 99 287грн.75 коп.
