Відповідно до ст.651, 654 Цивільного кодексу України та до п.9.1, 9.6 розділу 9 Договору №ТН 40-20 від 26.06.2020 року Сторони дійшли згоди: 1. Доповнити підпунктами 4.2.1, 4.2.2 пункту 4.2. розділу 4 «РОЗМІР І ПОРЯДОК ОПЛАТИ» Договору наступного змісту: 4.2.1. Обсяг фінансування в 2020 році становить 504 716,00 грн (п’ятсот чотири сімсот шістнадцять грн. 00 коп.), у т.ч. єдиний податок за ставкою 5%. 4.2.2. Обсяг фінансування в 2021 році становить 46 862,00 грн (сорок шість тисяч вісімсот шістдесят дві грн. 00 коп.), у т.ч. єдиний податок за ставкою 5%. 2. Додаток №3 «Календарний план робіт» викласти у новій редакції, що додається. 3. У зв’язку зі зміною реквізитів, Сторони погодили внести зміни до розділу 10 Договору «ЮРИДИЧНІ АДРЕСИ І РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН» та викласти у новій редакції.
