1. Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни:
на підставі п.1 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII від 25.12.2015 року - зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника-Споживача, зменшити ціну Договору на 64 922 грн. 65 коп. (шістдесят чотири тисячі дев’ятсот двадцять дві грн. 65 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 10 820 грн. 44 коп. та викласти п. 3.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
Ціна Договору становить 490 215 грн. 35 коп. (чотириста дев’яносто тисяч двісті п’ятнадцять грн. 35 коп.), ПДВ 81 702 грн. 56 коп.
На момент укладання Додаткової угоди ціна складає 3 895 грн.ЗЗ коп. за 1 Гкал з ПДВ ( бюджет).
