Виходячи з редакції пункту 9.2. Договору та частини 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», дія Договору може продовжуватись на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Враховуючи викладене, Сторони домовились викласти п.9.1. Договору в новій редакції: «9.1. Дія Договору набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 28.02.2019 р.».
