Керуючись ст. 654, ч.1 ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції до 19 квітня 2020 року), Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 2,48 грн. та у зв’язку із цим внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1. Викласти п. 3.1. Договору у новій редакції:
«3.1.Сума, визначена в Договорі, становить 531 622,86 грн. (п’ятсот тридцять одна тисяча шістсот двадцять дві гривні вісімдесят шість копійок) з ПДВ.»
