Note:
У зв'язку з підвищенням цін на ринку та відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (про зміну ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10% у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі). Сторони домовились:
1.Змінити ціну на послуги з прання білизни, нова ціна становить 19.36грн. (без ПДВ)
2. Зменшити суму договору на 0.88 грн. (нуль гривень 88 коп.) без ПДВ.
3. Викласти п.2.1. Договору в наступній редакції: Сума визначена у договорі складає 690487.60 грн. (Шістсот дев'яносто тисяч чотириста вісімдесят сім гривень 60 коп), без ПДВ згідно підпункту 2. Пункту 293.3 статі 293. Податкового Кодексу України.
Розрахунок суми наводиться в Додатку №1 (Калькуляція), який є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору.
4. Затвердити Калькуляцію №2 від 29.10.2018р. до Договору, яка є його
невід'ємною частиною (Додаток№1).

2. Оплата виконаних робіт/послуг буде здійснена Замовником залежно від реального фінансування його видатків.
