1. Внести зміни у п.5.1 та викласти його у наступній редакції:

2. Внести зміни у п.10.1 та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«Цей Договір набирає чинності з 01.01.2022 року і діє до 31.12.2022 року»
3. Решта умов договору залишається незмінною і обов'язковою до виконання Сторонами.
4. Дана додаткова угода укладається українською мовою і підписується у 2-х примірниках (по одному екземпляру кожній із сторін), що мають однакову юридичну силу.
5. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами і діє до «31» грудня 2022 року, а в частині розрахунків – до повного виконання Замовником своїх зобов’язань.
