У зв’язку з тим, що через затримку фінансування витрат Замовника Договір про закупівлю було укладено після очікуваного строку поставки товарів, передбаченого умовами спрощеної закупівлі, Постачальник з об’єктивних причин не може виконати зобов’язання щодо вчасного постачання товарів. Враховуючи дані обставини: 1. Сторони домовились збільшити строк передачі товару та внести зміни до п.2.1.1 Договору №300 від 01.11.2021р., а саме «строк до 31.10.2021 року» змінити на «строк до 31.12.2021 року».
