1. Відповідно Договору № 161 від 26 лютого 2021 року (далі – Договір), а саме до п.2.4 Розділу 2, та керуючись пп.1 п.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг закупівлі, у зв’язку з чим затвердити нову редакцію п.2.2.
