Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VIІ «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з Додатком 5 до тендерної документації та п.12.4. Договору № 128/04/20 від 28 квітня 2020р, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 31.03.2021, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.
