1. У відповідності до пункту 1 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” п. 3.1 розділу 111 договору про закупівлю електричної енергії викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна договору на період з «01» березня2021 р. по «31» грудня 2021 р., згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 160 089,93 грн (сто шістдесят тисяч вісімдесят девять грн 93 коп) 2. Сторони дійшли згоди п. 3.3 розділу III договору про закупівлю електричної енергії доповнити словами: “На 01 березня 2021 р. вартість 1 кВт*год становить 2,2180308 грн, (з урахуванням ПДВ)." (Далі - за текстом) З Додаток № 1 до договору про закупівлю електричної енергії №62358 від 29 січня 2021 року викласти у новій редакції, який є невід'ємною частиною договору про закупівлю електричної енергії № 62358 від 29 січня 2021 року.
