Інвентаризація земель смт.Божедарівка, с.Вільне, с.Покровка, с.Болтишка, с.Катернопіль, с.Водяне, с.Адамівка, с.Кудашівка та окремих земельних ділянок у кількості до 5 площею до 250 га» , виклавши його в новій редакції, що додається до даної додаткової угоди.

Сторони дійшли згоди, що у зв’язку з тим, що у період дії військового стану неможливо виконати роботи з аерофотознімання через заборону, замовник та виконавець дійшли взаємної згоди відстрочити терміни виконання етапів календарного плану та внести зміни до додатку №3 до Договору №021 від 28.03.2022 р. «Календарний план» та додатку №1 до Договору №021 від 28.03.2022 р. «Технічне завдання» та затвердити їх даною додатковою угодою у новій редакції.
2. Внести зміни до п.10.1 Договору, виклавши його в такій редакції: «10.1 Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31 грудня 2025 року, а у відношенні розрахунків – до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань»
