З 01.04.2019 Зміна ціни не більше ніж на 10%.
З 01.07.2019 року набрали чинності окремі статті Закону, «Правила ринку», затверджені постановою НКРЕКП від 14 березня 2018 року N 307, та розпочав свою роботу новий ринок електричної енергії. У зв’язку з чим, змінився порядок формування ціни на електричну енергію. Механізм формування тарифів на послуги та цін на електричну енергію визначається Порядками затвердженими постановами НКРЕКП від 05.10.2018р. №№1175, 1177, 1179 та від 07.06.2019 №954. На виконання вимог Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг (далі – НКРЕКП), № 312 від 14.03.2018, постанови НКРЕКП від 05.10.2018 № 1177 та відповідно до умов Договору, на офіційному сайті http://dnep.com.ua оприлюднені ціни на електричну енергію.
