У зв’язку із зростанням цін на пальне, сторони, на підставі п.п. 1.3, п. З.розділу 3, 11.1 Договору про закупівлю товару №68 від 02.03.2021, п.2 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», за наявності висновків за результатами цінового моніторингу №В-211 та №В-333 Кіровоградської регіональної торгово-промислової палати дійшли взаємної згоди та вирішили внести зміни до Договору щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі
