1.Сторони домовились внести доповнення та зміни до умов договору на постачання природного газу, а саме внести зміни до пункту 10.1 розділу 10 «Строк дії Договору» та викласти в такій редакції:
10.1. Цей договір набуває чинності з «____ »______________ 2019 року і діє в частині постачання газу до «31 » грудня 2019 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків діє до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за цим Договором. Сторони домовились, що відповідно до частини 3 статті 631 ЦК України договір діє з 01 січня 2019 року.
2. У зв'язку зі зміною МФО Замовника, Сторони домовились внести зміни до пункту 11. Адреси та реквізити сторін, та викласти в новій редакції МФО Замовника 820172 Державна казначейська служба України м. Київ
