Керуючись Законом України від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VІIІ «Про публічні закупівлі»,розділ VII «Договір про закупівлю», стаття 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю», частина 4 «Умови договору про закупівлю не повинні відрізнятися від змісту тендерної пропозиції за результатами аукціону (у тому числі ціни за одиницю товару) переможця процедури закупівлі або ціни пропозиції учасника у разі застосування переговорної процедури. Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків:», пункт 2 (зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі)відповідно до експертного висновку № Ц-324/1 Київської торгово-промислової палати від 22.05.2018 ціна на природний газ із ресурсів НАК «Нафтогаз України» з 01 червня 2018 року склала 10,89 грн., Сторони погодили викласти пункт 3.2. Договору в наступній редакції: Ціна газу становить – 7965,83 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ – 1593,17 грн., всього з ПДВ – 9559,00».
