Сторони, уклали дану додаткову угоду про таке:
1. Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» передбачена можливість продовження дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
2. Збільшити суму договору на 677591,00 грн. та викласти пункт 3.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Загальна сума Договору складає: 4712420,56 грн.( чотири мільйони сімсот дванадцять тисяч чотириста двадцять гривень 56 копійок) без ПДВ».
3. Внести зміни до специфікації і викласти специфікацію (Додаток № 1) в наступній редакції.
