Пункт 3.1 Розділу 3 "Ціна договору" викласти у наступній редакції: "Тарифи на момент укладання договору встановлені Постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 09.11.2017р. № 1391 та складають для потреб бюджетних установ - 1176,06 грн. за 1 Гкал (без ПДВ);
У разі зміни регульованої ціни (тарифу) і нормативів, що застосовуються в договорі, оплата відбувається за діючими на день оплати цінами (тарифами) та здійснення такої оплати не буде вважатися зміною істотних умов договору, у разі, якщо сума визначена у договорі не змінюється"
