Сторони у відповідності п.5 ст. 36 (у новій редакції ч.6 ст 41) Закону України 922-УІІІ від 25.11.2015р. «Про публічні закупівлі» пришли згоди та уклали цю додаткову угоду до договору № 1/01 від 09.01.2020р про таке: Продовжити дію договору №1/01 від 09.01.2020р на строк, достатній для проведення закупівлі на 2021р. за процедурою відкритих торгів та укладання договору з переможцем відкритих торгів 2021 року, в обсязі та вартості, яка не перевищує 20 відсотків суми договору №1/01 від 09.01.2020р Ця додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною договору № 1/01 від 09.01.2020р. та набуває чинності з моменту підписання та діє до 31.03.2021р.

Визначити обсяги закупівлі у сумі 121 088,00 (сто двадцять одна тисяча вісімдесят вісім гривень 00 копійок) грн. без ПДВ (не платник ПДВ платник єдиного податку 3 група 5%), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми договору № 1/01 від 09.01.2020р.
