Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору на 281 074,97 (двісті вісімдесят одна тисяча сімдесят чотири гривні 97 коп.) разом з ПДВ, на суму що не перевищує 20% Договору, з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2019 року на час проведення процедури закупівлі і викласти пункт 3.6. Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів № 41ABSmz479-18 від 03.04.2018 р в наступній редакції: «Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним договором і складає 1 686 449,83 (один мільйон шістсот вісімдесят шість тисяч чотириста сорок дев»ять гривень 83 коп.) разом з ПДВ».
2. Угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання та є невід’ємною частиною основного Договору. На підставі ч.3 ст. 631 ЦК України Сторони поширюють дію цієї додаткової угоди на правовідносини, що склалися до її підписання з 01.01.2019 року.
