Відповідно до п. 1. ч. 5. ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовились, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника та фактично спожитого обсягу послуг, зменшити обсяги та вартість ціни договору, та внести зміни до Договору шляхом оформлення нового додатку «Істотні умови договору» (далі - Додаток), який є невід’ємною частиною цієї Угоди та Договору.
З моменту підписання сторонами цієї Угоди та Додатку, змінюються істотні умови Договору, які були оформлені у попередніх додатках до нього.
