2. Інші умови договору, що не були змінені цією додатковою угодою, лишаються дійсними у тій редакції, якою вони були викладені Сторонами раніше, а також Сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість для себе.
3. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
4. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін (у разі наявності).
