(Сім тисяч двісті п'ятдесят три гривні 90 копiйок.). Крім того: - податок на додану вартість - 20%. Всього до сплати за 1000 куб. м. природного газу – 8704,68 грн. (Вісім тисяч сімсот чотири гривні 68 копiйок) в т.ч. ПДВ 20%. Пункт договору 2.1. викласти в новій редакції: 83.5 тис. м. куб. на 2019 рік (тис.м.куб)

1. Сторони домовились, відповідно до вимог Кодексу ГТС в редакції Постанови НКРЕКП №1437 від 27.12.2017р., з дня впровадження добового балансування на ринку природного газу та забезпечення Оператором ГТС функціонування Інформаційної платформи, Сторони керуються наступними умовами постачання:1.1. Добові обсяги постачання газу Постачальником Споживачу в кожному розрахунковому періоді визначаються на підставі письмової заявки Споживача Постачальнику до 19 числа, що передує місяцю постачання природного газу.1.2. Споживач має право на коригування протягом розрахункового періоду (місяця) підтверджених Постачальником добових обсягів природного газу у відповідності до нормативно-правових актів, які регламентують діяльність на ринку природного газу, шляхом подання письмової заявки Постачальнику для кожної окремої газової доби в термін до 15 год.00 хв. дня, за дві доби до дня, який підлягає коригуванню.1.3. Відхилення від середньодобової норми споживання (газова доба) допускається в межах +/-10% від підтверджених добових обсягів. 1.4. У разі відсутності письмової заявки Споживача відповідно до п.1.1., 1.2. — Постачальник здійснює постачання природного газу шляхом рівномірного розподілу вказаного ліміту на кількість календарних днів місяця поставки.1.5 У разі недотримання споживачем вимог п. 1.2.,1.3 цієї додаткової угоди, постачальник має право застосувати до споживача санкції передбачені умовами типового договору між постачальником та оператором ГТС на той період коли було порушено умови договору.

З 01 травня 2019 року ціна природного газу, що постачається по договору, з врахуванням вартості замовлення послуг розподілу Потужностей становить – 7411,05 грн. (Сім тисяч чотириста одинадцать гривень 05 копiйок) становить за 1000,0 куб.м., крім того ПДВ - 20%. Всього з ПДВ за 1000 куб. м. – 8893,26 грн. (Вісім тисяч вісімсот дев'яносто три гривні 26 копiйок.). Вартість замовлення послуг розподілу Потужностей розраховується відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 21.12.2018 №2001, та становить - 157,19 грн. за 1000 м.куб. без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ – 20%, всього з ПДВ 188,63 грн. за 1000 куб.м. Пункт договору 2.1. викласти в новій редакції: 83,5 (тис.м.куб) на 2019 рік.
