Абзац 2 Пункту 2.1. розділу 2 «Предмет договору» доповнити абзацем наступного змісту: «З 01 січня 2020 року загальна кількість товару (код за ДК:021:2015: 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія») за цим Договором збільшується на 110008 кВт∙год»
Пункт 5.3 розділу 5 «Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії» Договору доповнити абзацем наступного змісту::
«З 01 січня 2020 року загальна сума договору збільшується на суму, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної абзацем 1 цього пункту, а саме на 350526,97 грн. (Триста п`ятдесят тисяч п`ятсот двадцять шiсть гривень 97 копiйок ) у тому числі ПДВ 58421,16 грн. (П`ятдесят вiсiм тисяч чотириста двадцять одна гривня 16 копiйок) враховуючи оплату послуги оператора системи розподілу електричної енергії.».
