Зменшити обсяги закупівлі з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків та доповнити пункт 1.2 розділу 1 підпунктом 1.2.1. виклавши його у наступній редакції: «1.2.1. Річний плановий об’єм постачання газу в межах кошторисних призначень – 161,985 тис. м.куб.». Доповнити пункт 3.6. розділу 3 Договору пунктом 3.6.1., виклавши його у наступній редакції: «3.6.1. На момент укладання додаткової угоди кошторисні призначення складають 1089997,06 грн. (один мільйон вісімдесят девять тисяч девятсот девяносто сім грн. 06 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 181666,17 грн. Всі інші істотні умови договору залишаються незмінними.
