Керуючись п. 1 та п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в ред. від 19.04.2020 року), у зв’язку з підвищенням цін на деякі продукти харчування, Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі та внести зміни в Специфікацію (Додаток № 1) до Договору № 198 від 03.08.2020 р. та викласти у новій редакції. Викласти п.п. 1.4. п. 1 Договору № 198 від 03.08.2020 р. у наступній редакції: «Сума договору складає – 20265 грн. 00 коп. (двадцять тисяч двісті шістдесят п’ять гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ». Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
