Improvement of the quality of the subject of procurement provided that such improvement will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Note:
Державна установа «Темнівська виправна колонія (№100)» має потребу в електричній енергії в обсязі 1 160 626кВт. На фінансування зазначеної закупівлі передбачені кошти в сумі 1 500 000 грн. 35 коп на грудень 2017 року. Для проведення зазначеної закупівлі нами було оголошено проведення переговорної процедури закупівлі (скороченої) на електронному майданчику, який входить до системи Прозоро. Під час укладання договору виникла технічна помилка: в пункті 5.1. зазначено термін постачання електричної енергії: « серпень-грудень 2017року» замість «грудень 2017року». Зазначену неточність можливо виправити шляхом внесення змін до договору оприлюднених на елеронній площадці «Прозоро».
