Керуючись Законом України «Про ринок електричної енергії» від 29.12.2019 р., п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», чинним господарським та цивільним законодавством, у зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії, яке документально підтверджується довідкою Харківської торгово-промислової палати від 14.09.2021 року № 2205/21,уклали дану Додаткову угоду до Договору № 244/21-ЕЛ від 29.01.2021 р. (далі Договір) про наступне:1. Внести зміни до п.'2.2. Розділу 2 Договору та викласти в новій редакції: 1.1. «2.2. За Договором Постачальник продає Споживачу електричну енергію у кількості 156 759,786 кВт.год для забезпечення потреб електроустановок Споживача, а Споживач оплачує Постачальнику вартість використаної (купованої) електричної енергії згідно з умовами цього Договору. » 2. Внести зміни до п.5.1. Розділу 5 Договору та викласти в новій редакції: 2.1. «5.1. Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, що становить 3, 221 гри за 1кВт з ПДВ. Загальна сума цього Договору становить 431 970,00 грн. з ПДВ.»
