Згідно пункту 2 частини 5 статті 41 розділу VIII Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", уклали цю додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю електричної енергії у постачальника універсальних послуг №143 від 16.01.2020 р. про наступне:
1.Сторони домовились, що в зв'язку зі збільшенням ціни за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії з 01.07.2020р. пункт 4.1 розділу 4" Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії" Договору доповнити новим абзацом.
2. Сторони домовились, пункт 1.3 розділу 1 "Предмет Договору" Договору викласти в новій редакції.
