На підставі п.4.4. Розділу 4 "Термін та місце виконання робіт" та п.13.2 ч. 4 Розділу 13 "Порядок змін умов договору. Інші умови" внести зміни в п.4.1, п.4.3. Договору і викласти їх в наступній редакції:
- п.4.1. "Строк виконання робіт : до 30.09.2021 року включно";
-п. 4.3 "Початок та закінчення робіт визначається календарним графіком викоання робіт (Додаток 3), якйи є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору. Датою закінчення робіт вважається дата їх прийняття Замовником".
Додаток 3 до Договору твикласти в новій редакції (додається).
