1.1. Учасник приймає на себе зобов’язання передати Замовнику у власність паливо: бензин марки А-92, та дизельне паливо ДК 021:2015:09130000-9 «Нафта і дистиляти», надалі - Товар, а Замовник зобов'язується сплатити і прийняти вказаний Товар.
