1.Викласти п. 3.5 в новій редакції: «Загальна вартість наданих Послуг за цим Договором за роками становить:
на 2024 рік – 5149108,14 грн.;
на 2025 рік –1885898,89грн.»
2.Сторони за взаємною згодою вирішили викласти Додаток №1 "Календарний графік виконання робіт" та Додаток №2 "План фінансування об'єкту"до Договору в новій редакції.
3. Викласти п. 10.5 в новій редакції:
Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31.12.2025р.
