28.12.2021 договір оприлюднено в Системі та закупівля переведена в статус «Завершено».
При цьому, на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу (Prozorro) електронною системою закупівель автоматично сформований Звіт про результати проведення даної процедури закупівлі. Проте, такий звіт, з незалежних від Замовника причин, не містить інформації в полях «Дата укладення договору про закупівлю», «Сума, визначена в договорі про закупівлю» та «Ідентифікатор договору». У зв’язку з відсутністю у Замовника технічної можливості внести будь-які зміни до електронних полів Звіту про результати проведення закупівлі за предметом закупівлі «ДК 021:2015: 39180000-7 — Лабораторні меблі (Комплект лабораторних меблів для експертного центру; Комплект лабораторних меблів)» (UA-2021-10-08-011005-b) вирішено інформацію, яка з технічних причин не відображається в окремих полях Звіту про результати проведення закупівлі, зазначити в Системі шляхом оприлюднення протоколу за допомогою застосування функціоналу оприлюднення змін до договору.
Дана причина внесення змін (покращення якості предмета закупівлі) обрана через відсутність в Системі іншого варіанту, відповідного до цієї події.
