У зв’язку із зміною фінансування на 2025-2026 роки, а саме зменшенням фінансування на 2025 рік у сумі 32 040 грн. 00 коп. та збільшенням на відповідну суму, сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до пункту 2.1 розділу 2 Договору та викласти в новій редакції: «2.1. За виконані роботи, зазначені в п. 1.1 цього Договору, Замовник сплачує Виконавцю згідно з Протоколом погодження договірної ціни (Додаток №1) та Кошторисом (Додаток №2), які є невід’ємною частиною цього Договору: 49 840 грн.00 коп. (Сорок дев’ять тисяч вісімсот сорок гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ. Обсяг фінансування робіт на 2025 р. становить у сумі 17 800 грн.00 коп. (сімнадцять тисяч вісімсот гривень 00 коп.) без ПДВ. Обсяг фінансування робіт на 2026 р. заплановано у сумі 32 040 грн.00 коп. (тридцять дві тисячі сорок гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ». 3. З урахуванням змін до фінансування на 2025-2026 роки, протокол погодження договірної ціни на роботи з авторського нагляду та план-графік відвідування спеціалістами для проведення авторського нагляду на об’єкті, викласти у новій редакції, що додається.
