1. Орієнтовна сума Договору розраховується, як добуток обсягу очікуваного споживання (розподілу) електричної енергії на період квітень-грудень 2021 року, визначеного відповідно до додатку № 11 "Відомості про обсяги споживання електричної енергії" Договору, на величину тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії на момент укладання Угоди та становить 32773,00 грн. (тридцять дві тисячі сімсот сімдесят три грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ, в тому числі за перетікання реактивної електричної енергії з ПДВ.
2. Викласти Додаток № 11 " Відомості про обсяги споживання електричної енергії" в новій редакції від 9.11.2021 року, що додається до даної Угоди № 9.
3. Взяття бюджетних зобов'язань та платежі здійснюються лише за наявності у Споживача відповідного бюджетного призначення згідно ст. 23 Бюджетного Кодексу України.

В.Г. Короленка" .
2. Замінити у всіх відмінках у тексті Договору споживача про надання послуг з розподілу електричної енергії № 23-1648-РУ від 24 січня 2020 року:
назву підприємства "Чернігівська обласна наукова медична бібліотека Чернігівської обласної ради " на назву підприємства "Комунальний заклад Чернігівська обласна універсальна наукова бібліотеки ім. В.Г. Короленка"
