Note:
1. Сторони вирішили зменшити суму договору на 10 292,80 грн. та внести зміни до п.3.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
“3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 274 597,20 (двісті сімдесят чотири тисячі п’ятсот дев’яносто сім гривень 20 копійок) без ПДВ.”
2. Сторони вирішили викласти Додаток 1 “Калькуляція” в наступній редакції, що додається до даної додаткової угоди.
3. Відповідно до п. 11.1 та п. 11.2. сторони домовились продовжити строк дії договору № 86 від 21.05.2024 року, внести зміни до п.10.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін, скріплення дійсними печатками Сторін та діє до 31.07.2024 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами прийнятих на себе за даним Договором зобов’язань з урахуванням положень частини 3 статті 631 ЦК України.»
