Згідно п.п. 7 п. 2 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. № 922-VIII, п.п. 7 п. 13.2 Договору № 73/ П, а саме: згідно Постанови НКРЕКП № 1906 від 14.12.2018 р. «Про затвердження прогнозованої оптової ціни на 2019 рік» відбулася зміна оптової ринкової ціни в бік збільшення, а Постановою НКРЕКП № 954 від 07.06.2019 р. «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ДП «НЕК «Укренерго» на ІІ півріччя 2019 року» введена додаткова складова ціни – тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії.
