Керуючись абзацом другим частини 15 статті 14 та пунктами 3 і 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктом 11.1. договору поставки № 16-09-2021 від 01 вересня 2021 року (далі – Договір), уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Викласти п. 4.1. Договору у наступній редакції: «Постачальник має поставити товар до 28 листопада 2021 року.».
2. Слова «Багатофункціональний пристрій Xerox WC 6515 DN (6515V_DN)» у рядку 4 таблиці Додатку № 1 до Договору «Специфікація» замінити на «Багатофункціональний пристрій Canon image Runner C1225iF (9548B007)».
