на підставі п.2 ч.5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та умов Договору про постачання електричної енергії № 635/2020 від 06.11.2020, листа ТОВ «ЕРНЕРІРГ» від 13.04.2021 №015-Б та довідки Торгово-промислової палати України (Харківська торгово-промислова палата) від 13.04.2021 №879/21, є необхідність укладення додаткової угоди №1, про збільшення ціни на одиницю товару на 9,99 %. Підстава для внесення змін до договору, у зв`язку з коливанням ціни на товар на ринку, має бути підтверджена документально (довідкою з державної служби статистики України, Торгово-промислової палати України).
