Керуючись пунктом 12.1 Договору про Надання послуг з поточного середнього ремонту автомобільної дороги загального користування місцевого значення О 241404 Тальне – Криві Коліна – Лоташеве – Пальчик, км 0+000 – км 13+700 (окремими ділянками), Звенигородський район, Черкаська область (коригування) від 24.12.2021 № 411 (далі-Договір), ст. 651 «Підстави для зміни або розірвання договору» Цивільного кодексу України, пунктом 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дійшли спільної, вільної та взаємної згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі та у зв’язку з цим:
1. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в новій редакції:
Ціна Договору становить 2 689 219.20 грн. з ПДВ.
2. Додаток № 2 «Договірна ціна», Додаток № 3 «План фінансування» викласти у новій редакції. Додаток № 2 та № 3 у новій редакції додається.
