Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року (в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю по 28 лютого 2021 р.
2.Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і обов'язковими до виконання Сторонами.
3.Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та її скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань.
4. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу, і є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
