Враховуючи вимоги Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон), Положення про уповноважену особу, у зв’язку із наявністю технічної помилки при внесенні даних до Специфікації (Додаток №1) до Договору №17 від 17.01.2025р по закупівлі UA-2025-01-17-010992-a, а саме: при внесенні одиниці виміру було помилково внесено кг (кілограм), а потрібно л (літр).
У зв’язку з неможливістю виправлення технічної помилки прийнято рішення укласти додаткову угоду №1 від 30.01.2025р до Договору №17 від 17.01.2025р і оприлюднити в системі.
