- абзац 2 пункту 3.1 розділу 3 «ВАРТІСТЬ РОБІТ» договору підряду №14/20 від 20.10.2020р. викласти в наступній редакції : «Ціна договору складає 703 668,60 грн. (Сімсот три тисячі шістсот шістдесят вісім гривень 60 коп.) без ПДВ»;
- додаток № 2 План фінансування до Договору №14/20 від 20.10.2020 року на виконання робіт : ДК 021:2015 «45310000-3 Електромонтажні роботи» Капітальний ремонт вуличного освітлення вул. Центральної в с. Виноградне. Виконання робіт згідно до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013 викласти у новій редакції, який є невід’ємною частиною Договору №14/20 від 20.10.2020 року (Додаток №1 до цієї додаткової угоди);
- внести зміни в дефектний акт, договірну ціну, кошторис та викласти їх у новій редакції.
