З урахуванням необхідності проведення Замовником процедури відкритих торгів із закупівлі
товару на період 2020 року, керуючись нормами ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні
закупівлі» Сторони домовились подовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для
проведення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує
20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі. Виходячи з цього сума коштів, на яку Замовник має
право придбати у Постачальника товар на початку 2020 року на умовах подовженого
Договору, не має перевищувати 4 220 000,00 грн. (чотири мільйони двісті двадцять тисяч
гривень 00 коп.) разом з ПДВ. В межах цієї суми (ліміту) Замовник закуповує у
Постачальника товар (електричну енергію) в обсягах згідно потреб Замовника.

Послуги з розподілу електричної енергії оплачуються Споживачем безпосередньо Оператору, з яким Споживач уклав договір розподілу електричної енергії.»
