Випадки: ч. 5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р.: «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку» Зміни: загальна сума договору збільшена на : 30 817,60 грн. без ПДВ. Доповнити Додатком 1 до додаткової угоди № 2/1 до договору. Дія договору подовжено до 31.03.2020 року.
