Note:
Відповідно до п.9.3. Договору та на підставі п.6 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми договору, визначеної в початкововму договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки для досягнення цієх цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 827 098, 40 грн., що становить не більше 20 відсотків від вартості Договору. Дана Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами і діє до 31.03.2022 року.
