Керуючись нормами чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, п. 12.4. Договору №450у від 28.07.2020 р. та іншими нормативними актами Сторони дійшли згоди про внесення наступних змін до Договору: Зменшити ціну Договору № 450у від 28.07.2020 р. на 6243,00 грн. (шість тисяч двісті сорок три грн. 00 коп.), у зв’язку з цим є необхідність внести зміни у п.3.1 Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Договірна ціна за цим Договором складає: 728 768,00 грн. (сімсот двадцять вісім тисяч сімсот шістдесят вісім грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 0 грн. 00 коп. (нуль грн. 00 коп.)»
