Відповідно до п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 396-IХ від 19.12.2019 року "збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю" та п.3.3. Договору №12 від 18.01.2021 року, Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору №12 від 18.01.2021 року, а саме збільшити ціни на товар за умови, що сума договору не збільшиться.

Керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.1 Договору № 12 від 18.01.2021 року (далі - Договір), а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1.Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно загальну вартість договору на -9757,00 грн.
2. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього договору становить 29843,00 грн. (Двадцять дев’ять тисяч вісімсот сорок три гривні 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 4973,83 грн.
