Прийняти рішення про допущення технічної (механічної, формальної) помилки після оприлюднення звіту про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель (Запит (ціни) пропозицій) за предметом «Електрична енергія, формульне ціноутворення, без розподілу», код - 09310000-5 – Електрична енергія за ДК 021:2015 ,що зареєстрована за ідентифікатором: UA-2024-12-03-019916-a
2. У зв’язку з цим вжити наступних заходів: розмістити на вебпорталі Уповноваженого органу протокол № 1 від 03.01.2025 р. про внесення змін.
3. Вважати дійсним дату договору/документа, після оприлюднення звіту про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель (Запит (ціни) пропозицій), зареєстрованої за ідентифікатором UA-2024-12-03-019916-a та оприлюдненої на вебпорталі Уповноваженого органу 03 січня 2025 року :

4. Вважати дійсним джерело фінансування:
- за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету (обласний бюджет) – 226 800,00 грн з ПДВ;
